Policies and Objectives
1.1 Since our
inception in July 2008, this forum has been transcended and evolved from a
regular run-of-the-mill type of paid-to-post forum into a global hub for
members to acquire knowledge, relish the intricacies of online investments,
discuss and diagnose predominant issues, participate in fun-filled contests
and foster camaraderie in a borderless society. As an attestation of our
appreciation to our members for making this forum a thriving success, the
management is constantly introducing new and innovative
opportunities/concepts for the membership to earn.
1.2 We have been
diligently allocating a majority of our income to channel back to our
members, manifesting in the vast array of paid-to-post topics including
paying members just to make friends. We are pleased to put on record that
the disbursements of members’ earning have always been dispensed in a very
expedient and timely manner although we observe a very stringent system of
checks to ensure that only deserving members rightfully benefit while
depriving the cheaters/violators from reaping the rewards.
1.3
The members’ welfare/interest in this forum is our prime concern and
we have been persistently striving to safeguard this forum from fraudsters
including misrepresentation of facts propagated to deceive our members to
invest in certain investment programs. We further envision a safe and secure
environment here whereby members will have added security in the online
remittance of funds, perform online exchanges and transactions. Our own
security systems are also fortified to withstand possible ID theft and
illegal intrusion.
1.4
One of the main functions of this forum is to serve as a responsible
platform to disseminate moneymaking opportunities. We do not endorse or have
any tangible interest whatsoever in any of the programs under the ‘earn from
the net’ section listed by our members. We are wholly committed to filter
out false/misleading information posted. The management should not be held
liable and/or blamed in all eventualities stemming from the conduct of the
aforesaid programs. Members are advised to probe thoroughly before joining
or participating in any of the programs listed.
1.5
Being a responsible and impartial forum, we are also compelled to
protect the interest of the programs introduced/listed by our members or
advertised in the forum. When a member here complaints of improprieties
committed by an online program, the member is required to provide
irrefutable evidence to substantiate the claims including collaboration from
other sources. Stern action shall be taken against the member if the member
is found to be spreading falsehoods, distorted the facts of the matter or
fabrication leading to the unjustified allegation. Appropriate action shall
be taken against the online program if they have indeed defrauded our
aggrieved member here, provided the complaints are proven to be justified or
valid. The aforementioned procedural aspect is also applicable for
complaints of improprieties committed by individual members of this forum.
1.6
Membership in this forum is granted on the proviso that the
management has the exclusive prerogative and indefeasible rights to reject,
expel, suspend or impose restrictions on any member who is deemed a
liability to this forum and/or for abusing the privileges accorded to
membership. In the rare event if the expelled member after appeal, is
allowed reinstatement to active status, punitive penalties shall imposed at
a quantum to be solely determined by the management.
1.7 By the act of
accepting membership in this forum, the members hereby acknowledge that it
is their own volition in pursuing membership in this forum and unequivocally
pledge that they shall faithfully abide and uphold the rules and policies of
this forum and refrain from disseminating misleading information, false
representation or libelous remarks in other online/offline sources or
publications which may tarnish or put this forum in a negative perspective
or disrepute.
1.8
We only allow one account per member in this forum irrespective of
whether the member possesses multiple computer systems or multiple Internet
Service Providers. We are constantly monitoring with the latest techniques
for suspected multiple account holders and these offenders including
offenders using fraudulent Proxy or VPN systems shall be expelled and
earnings confiscated. These offenders are depriving the deserving members
from their fair share of possible earnings including the willful intention
to defraud this forum.
1.9 The management
reserves the right to grant exceptions to the rules on a case-by-case basis,
modify/amend the regulations and delegate/empower its staff to act
expediently and equitably on violations and/or exercise their discretionary
powers to maintain order in this forum including the suspension of offenders
and arbitrate when there are disputes and discord amongst the membership.
2.
Rules and Provisions
2.1
Interpretation of the Rules:
When necessary, an obiter dictum/collateral opinion is
appended under ‘Observation/Opinion’, in order to fathom the spirit behind
the enactments thereby hopefully creating better awareness and observance by
the membership and likewise, helping the staff of GET in attaining a higher
level of propensity to eradicate violations.
The rules and provisions are framed within the ambit of
the universally accepted Cyber Laws governing the proper use of the
Internet, transmission of information/money and the online business code of
ethics. When there is a stipulation not covered by the rules and provisions
herein, the Cyber Laws shall prevail.
2.2 Members’ Responsibilities:
This forum is conducted in English; therefore, all
postings including attachments and programs introduced by our members must
be in English. Our members are expected to possess an adequate level of
proficiency in English before participating in this forum. We do not
penalize for grammatical errors but if the posting is unintelligible, it
shall be construed as spamming.
Members are held solely accountable and liable for all
their actions/postings in this forum including their related attachments,
quotes and images. Do not plagiarize ideas, comments, postings and articles
from other sources. Credit must be given accordingly and permission sought
before posting here to avoid infringement and violation of the ‘fair use’
stipulation of copyright materials and intellectual properties.
Desist from disseminating false or inaccurate
information, which may cause monetary loss to fellow members. This is a
serious offence leading to expulsion. Example being, when a member here
claims to be a member of an online investment program but when we suspect
the claim to be fraudulent, we do compel the member to substantiate by way
of furnishing snapshots of his member’s account including all related
materials when he recommends the aforesaid online investment program to
fellow members here.
Observation/Opinion: spamming caused by language
deficiency resulting in the lack of understanding in all areas including
undesirable postings. Appending false payment proofs and the desire to
mislead members for monetary gains in the investment/get-paid arena,
warrants stern action to curtail this anomaly.
2.3
Spamming, Trolling and Flooding:
The latitude and indulgence for tolerating spamming,
trolling and flooding, greatly diminishes under the context of a
paid-to-post forum when compared to conventional non-paid forums. Being a
paid-to-post forum, stringent enforcement is deployed in order curb the said
undesirables. This enforcement is especially more pronounced under the ‘earn
from the net’ and ‘currency exchange’ sections whereby we aspire to
inculcate honesty, accuracy, clarity and concision to protect our members
from fraud and time wastage in reading disinformation. Strict compliance is
of absolute necessity.
2.3.1
Spamming:
Postings devoid of substance, adds no value to the
topic discussed, irrelevant, ambiguous, repetitive postings or
non-substantive including wasting precious time to peruse. Any semblance to
spamming regardless of the length of the posting shall be penalized. When
relevant information is already available on the website of program being
introduced or previously posted under the thread, do not ask again. If you
are sincerely interested, go to the site and check including reading
thoroughly the whole discussion here. We are not the program’s support
forum, therefore, many issues posted here are considered to be highly
inappropriate.
Examples are illustrated below but not limited to the
following:

2.3.2
Trolling:
The contentious conduct of members who posts repetitive
known facts, ramblings, off-topic matters, repetitive remarks, inflammatory
remarks causing grievance or anxiety to fellow members. In some areas,
trolling is similar spamming.
2.3.3
Flooding:
Although we do not dictate or restrict the members on
the number of posts that they are allowed to post per day but we do have a
clear policy on what constitutes ‘fair and reasonable action’ which is
required from all members. Due care and good sense should prevail when
exercising this privilege as not to infringe and cause flooding including
breaching the accepted norms of 'fair and reasonable action'. Do not post
indiscriminately until excessive flooding ensues.
Observation/Opinion:
Acute spamming occurs due to irresponsible individuals.
Be culpable, bearing in mind, we shall deduct the infractions against the
payment request. It does not pay to violate the rules, which may also lead
to expulsion. Read the whole thread before you participate and definitely
not advisable to participate if you have no interest on the subject matter,
not equipped for proper deliberation on the subject matter or have to
predisposition to post only for the sake of earning GET points. Repetitions
of comments with the same substance are another major source for spamming
including plagiarizing postings from other sources.
2.4
Rule of Conduct/Etiquette:
Members are expected to act and behave with proper
decorum based on mutual respect for each other to maintain harmony. Always
articulate in an appropriate and tasteful manner with due respect accorded
to membership and must be totally devoid of any inflaming or provoking
statements, racial slurs, sexist remarks, incitation of religious
sentiments, causing discord and animosity on contentious issues,
politicking, libelous personal attacks, hurl unjustified accusations, snide
remarks/innuendos and vulgar/indecent overtones.
When a member observes violations committed by another
member, do not post in the particular thread where you had observed the
violations. We do not allow ‘backseat moderation’; use the report button
located on the top right-hand corner of every post.
If there are any questions, doubts, complaints, or
appeals that need the attention of management or moderators, use the
appropriate sections that are provided for the convenience of the members.
Urgent matters may be addressed by messaging to the relevant parties.
2.5
Signature and Avatar:
Avatars, Signatures, Nicknames including images and
graphics append must be in good taste, non-provocative or lewd. No referral
link is allowed in the signature.
The script only allows for a certain size for the graphics in the
signature or avatar. This also applies for the number of characters appended
in the signature.
For Avatar, the Maximum size of the avatar can be 80 x
80 Pixel and 20 KB.
For signature, the Maximum Characters Including BB Code
Markup is 150. Maximum Lines in Signature is 3. There can be a Maximum of 2
images be included.
All the specification mentioned here are for the
Registered Members. Special user group would enjoy special facility and that
will vary from time to time.
Observation/Opinion: The diversity of ethnicity,
culture, religion, nationality and age group demands utmost care and
circumspection when participating in this forum to prevent unnecessary
friction, disharmony and commotion. We do encourage report of violations
when it is observed but use the proper channel to lodge the report and not
just post the comments under the violations you observe, this is a
paid-to-post forum and such acts are not in tune with our rules here.
2.6
Referral Rules:
The Thread Starter/The Introducer of the programs under
the ‘Earn from the Net’ section must append his own referral link, which
means that the Thread Starter must be duly registered including being an
active member of the program being introduced. We strictly enforce this
provision to prevent those who have no knowledge whatsoever from
recommending programs. An Introducer can only be well versed, knowledgeable
and be of any assistance to other members only if he or she has prior
experience in the program before introducing. This is the reason for the
strict enforcement. If the site does not offer any referral program
therefore you are unable to append your referral link, please inform in the
introductory post.
Members are not allowed to include or post referral
links, use their signature as referral links, appending links disguised as
referral links or spamming of referral links by messaging to other members.
The only section where you are allowed to post your
referral link is under the ‘Members Offer’ section, when you offer
incentives for your potential down-lines. Do not make offers in any other
sections except in the said section.
Observation/Opinion: There are many cases of false
referral links. We request for authentication by way of snapshots of the
member’s pages including the page with the date of joining the program.
2.7
Posting Rules:
This section should be read in conjunction with
‘Members’ Responsibilities’, ‘Spamming, Trolling and Flooding’, ‘Rule of
Conduct/Etiquette’ and ‘Posting Guidelines’ for a thorough understanding of
what is expected from the members when they participate in this forum.
Postings must be in English, easily understood and
conform to all the relevant stipulations contained in the other sections.
All attachments or sites links appended must be suitable for general
viewership devoid of any adult materials.
When you append any URL links, make sure it is the
direct link to the site and not short-form redirection links. Members who
submit false URL links shall also be penalized.
Images appended must not exceed the size of 468x60
pixels in order to conserve bandwidth. To ensure conformity and ease of
reading without distraction, the font size used should be in the default
mode without caps locked and bold option. The moderators have the
prerogative to take action if the member decides to go against the
recommendations under this paragraph.
Be certain you are well acquainted with all the
sections in this forum and know which section is most suitable for your
posting or where to start your thread. When you observe a thread is already
started and the subject matter is identical to what you intend to discuss,
just post in that thread, do not start another thread with the same subject
matter.
3.
Posting Guidelines
The below is applicable for the ‘Earn from Net’
section:
The ‘Earn from Net’ section is specifically for
introducing new programs and not for any other reasons with the only
exception under ‘Forex Trading Discussions’ whereby discussion threads can
be started provided the subject matter it is not already covered in the
other thread under the same section.
Always try to include all the relevant information of
the program being introduced including payment proof when applicable. Do not
just appended your referral link without supplying important information of
the program including the rate of returns, minimum investment permitted,
type of payment processor used, duration of payment, minimum cash-out
amount, etc.
When appending payment proof, do not copy and paste the
proof but instead take a snapshot of the payment proof. All payment proofs
using the copy and paste technique are disallowed and shall be penalized.
When you state that the program has paid you, make sure you append a
snapshot of the payment proof to avoid being penalized. All snapshots should
not exceed 300x100 pixels in size.
Do not request for payment proof, not necessary to
thank the thread starter for introducing the site, no need to inform that
you are interested, not need to inform if you are not interested and no need
to inform that you have joined. Spamming, Trolling and Flooding including
irrelevant postings are strictly prohibited under the earning section of
this forum. Please refer to the above section ‘Spamming, Trolling and
Flooding’ for further details.
Members are not allowed to start threads under the
various scam sections when the particular program is already posted in this
forum. Message the moderators or use the report button to have the thread
moved if you have substantial evidence to support you claim.
Be certain the program introduced qualify for it to be
listed under a particular section. The rule of thumb is to ascertain the
main business of the online program and this indication is used to find the
most appropriate section to list. We do not encourage the introduction of
sites that only offer opportunities to earn as a sideline business but the
main business has nothing do with opportunities to earn.
3.1
Duplicates:
Perform a thorough search to ascertain the program
intended for introduction is not already being introduced to prevent
duplicity.
3.2
Title Format:
To ensure conformity, ease of reference and ease of
search, always use the correct title format.

3.3
Referral Link:
All threads started under this section must have their
own referral links. Only the Thread Starter is allowed to append the
referral link and no other members are allowed to post their referral links
anywhere else in the threads. No member’s offer is allowed under this
section. Please refer to the above section ‘Referral Rule’ for further
clarification.
4.
Payment Request and Infraction Penalties
The script automates the payment requests by members
but make sure the minimum requirements are fulfilled before requesting to
the various processors. Further details here:
1 GET point = 1 cent
1 Infraction point = - 1 GET point
Minimum Cash Out amount is $1.00
4.1
Request Regulation:
The Minimum GET points allowable for requests are 100
Points and the limit is GET 200 GET Points per request.
Your minimum posting count should be 30 posts or above.
Conversion Tax or Bonus Incentive for certain
processors will be applied and the information is available under the
request page.

Members are urged to append a snapshot of their payment
proofs once they get paid, under this section:

4.2
Duration of Processing Payment:
We process payments as expediently as possible with
systematic checks for violations. Infraction point which is equivalent to
the value of GET point shall be deducted from the payment requests.
When there are excessive violations from the members,
equivalent to 50% or more of the requested amount in terms of Infraction
Points, the payment shall be rejected. If members have too many infractions,
we may not be issuing all the infractions but just deduct the infraction
points against the requests.
If there are too many requests in any one time or there
are excessive amounts of violations to tabulate, the wait is longer.
Sometimes, it does not mean that a particular member’s payment request is
delayed due to excessive violations but it could be the extra time needed to
process other members’ requests in the queue.
4.3
Infraction Penalties:
The infractions are given for breaking forum rules and
regulations. It is irrevocable and final except special cases and bears
meaning that the amount to be deducted from that member’s account. The
number of infraction points is deducted while the member requests for
cash-out. Also if the total number of infraction reaches above 150 points
then the member is put into a new User Group called “Under Observation”
which has limited ability to post. The member can only post in the
Private
Messages to Admin and explain his course of action. In any case
Administration decision is final and no appeal is entertained or allowed.
The infraction points are pre-decided, but for some
special rule violation there can be custom infraction point which will be
decided by the Staff member at point of issuing the infraction.
The below is the tabulation of the types of Infractions
